Sri Sairam College of Engineering was started in 1997 by Founder Chairman M.J.F. Leomuthu. The college is part of the Sapthagiri Educational and Charitable Trust.
Located in Bengaluru, we teach engineering to thousands of students in modern buildings with advanced labs and innovation centers. We believe good teachers make good engineers — and that engineers should help society and shape the future.
“Turning your dreams to reality.”

We train engineers who help society — caring for the environment, community, and ethics.
The monthly heartbeat of our college.
FOCUS tells us where we want to go. PULSE shows us how well we are getting there. A doctor checks your pulse to see if you're healthy — we check PULSE every month to see if our college is.
Every month, each department reports real numbers. No guesses. No surprises.
We spot struggles within 30 days — not 365 — and act fast to help.
Month by month, departments watch their own growth and improvement.
VTU, NAAC, and NBA data is ready when they ask — because we collect it monthly.
Strong departments get recognition. Those who need help get real support.
Performance becomes clear, fair, and shared — not secret.
Days 1–3
Each department gathers numbers about how they did this month.
Day 5
All departments send their reports to the principal.
Days 7–10
Principal and HoDs discuss wins, gaps, and the action plan.
Days 11–30
Departments act. No problem waits longer than 30 days without action.
Performance across five pillars — the same pillars as FOCUS 2026.
Pillar 1
Attendance, skill-building, and research activity.
Pillar 2
Exam results, audit readiness, and rule compliance.
Pillar 3
Student attendance, mentoring, and support for those struggling.
Pillar 4
Research papers, patents, and new skills learned.
Pillar 5
Placements, community work, and environmental care.
PULSE watches all eight programs. Each one gets the same attention and support.
The biggest program. Students learn software and computer systems.
Students learn AI, robotics, and intelligent systems.
Connected devices, secure systems, and modern cyber-safety.
Electronic devices and communication systems.
Electricity, power systems, and electronics.
Data, databases, and information technology.
Machines, design, and manufacturing.
First-year science foundation for engineering studies.
We're rolling out PULSE in clear, simple phases.
Week 1–2
All department heads learn how PULSE works. Every question gets an answer.
Week 3–4
Pilot PULSE with a few departments. Fix any issues we find.
Month 1–2
All eight departments begin monthly reporting. The full college view goes live.
Month 3+
Monthly meetings. Action plans. Real improvement, month after month.
Pick what you need next.
